While working at Justin McClure Creative we were contracted by Webfoot, Inc to produce designs for several Windows Phone 7 applications. We worked on everything from location based check-in services to flight status apps and mobile commerce. The Windows Metro platform is quite different than the iOS environment designers tend to live in. It was an exercise in limitation to design with solid colors and flat graphics rather than the 3-dimensional interface elements of the iPhone and iPad.
